On Saturday, January 27th, 2024, the Malvern School District's JROTC Leopard Battalion proudly hosted the Annual JROTC Meet on our campus. The event drew participation from several schools across the state, bringing together JROTC cadets for a day of camaraderie and competition.
The Annual JROTC Meet featured a series of Physical Training (PT) events, including a one-mile run, push-up contests, and more, providing candidates with an opportunity to showcase their physical fitness and teamwork skills.
Among the highlights of the event were the outstanding performances by Malvern Leopard Battalion members. Deandre Johnson claimed the 1st Place Male Fitness, Individual award, while the Malvern Leopard Battalion secured the 1st Place Fitness, Overall award, showcasing their dedication and prowess in PT activities.
The success of the Annual JROTC Meet reflects the hard work and commitment of our candidates, as well as the supportive community that surrounds them. Congratulations to all participants for their achievements, and we look forward to another successful event next year!
